07:00 am Departure Sahastradhara helipad, Dehradun || 08:00 am Arrival Badrinath

Badrinath temple is only 1kms from the helipad. We shall provide a car for this stretch. Our ground staff in Badrinath will assist passengers with darshan, after Darshan returns back to Helipad.

10:00 am Departure from Badrinath || 10:45 am Arrival Kedarnath

be met by our ground personnel, who will escort you to the holy shrine. We will offer VIP darshan slips at Kedarnath temple so you can avoid the long queue and finish darshan quickly Since weather at Kedarnath remains quite uncertain, passengers are advised to finish darshan and puja in 1.5 hours and return to the helipad.

  • Any special puja charges will have to be paid directly by passengers.
  • Rs 2500 per kg extra chargeable, if body weight is above 75Kg.
  • Expenses of personal nature such as tipping, laundry, telephones, table drink, room service, medical evacuation due to ill health etc. Any kind of Insurance.
  • Any claim or delay charges due to any operational or weather changes etc. Or any other things which are not mentioned in cost included column
  • Any Increase in Taxes, Fuel Price, Royalty charges Leading to increase in cost on surface Transportation & Land Arrangements, Which May Come into Effect Prior to Departure

  • Carrying AADHAR CARD is a must for all Indians, whereas a passport is required for foreign nationals.
  • There is very limited space for luggage in the helicopter. Only 5 kgs luggage per passenger will be permitted
  • Passengers should carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter
  • All temples in Chardham are located in high altitude areas. Passengers are advised to carry regular medical kits.
  • All passengers undertaking this yatra should be medically and physically fit.
  • Passengers are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution. It is available locally at all medical shops.
  • Although day temperatures at these locations are normal it becomes cold in the night and so passengers must carry woollen clothes with them.
  • Please share your actual body weight at the time of Booking. Your body weight will be measured before your departure at Helipad.
  • Total passenger weight should not exceed over 350 Kgs for 05 Passengers and 420 for 06 Passengers. Beyond the said weight limit the flight won’t be able to take off and your journey will be cancelled effective immediately with no refund. It is vital for you to provide us with the right & exact weight to avoid such a situation.
  • Passenger Overweight charges will be levied beyond 75 Kgs of weight subjected to the company not losing a seat in the trip. This will be decided on a day before the date of Journey and it will be costing 2000 per kg extra.

  1. Only 5 Kg baggage per passenger will be permitted. Passengers are advised not to carry big suitcases as there is very small baggage space inside the helicopter. Passengers bringing excess baggage might not be allowed to take the same in the chopper by pilot.
  2. Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket
  3. There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens
  4. In case of a per seat booking: Booking shall be taken on a provisional basis, and confirmed to the passengers 03 days prior to the date of travel. Please note, Company shall fly subject to 05 or more passengers being on board, otherwise provisional booking shall be released and 100% advance shall be refunded by us.
  5. Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is a must, since the company shall not allow boarding in case the total weight exceeds the weight limitation of the helicopter. And, due to the same reason, in case of more than 01 available aircraft, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between different groups to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
  6. Passengers may be divided into 2 groups while changing the helicopter at Kedarnath /Guptkashi shuttle depending on their body weight. Maximum 04/05/06 Passengers will be allowed in 01 Helicopters.
  7. In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
  8. In case of a per seat booking: Booking shall be taken on a provisional basis, and confirmed to the passengers 03 days prior to the date of travel. Please note, Company shall fly subject to 06 or more passengers being on board, otherwise provisional booking shall be released and 100% advance shall be refunded by us.
  9. Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before the journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
  10. If due to any reasons beyond our control like bad weather conditions, flood, riots, political unrest, bandhs, or any other natural or man-made misfortunes, the program will need to be changed or extended. The additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers directly.
  11. Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get a medical check-up done, before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical suffering/condition. 
  12. Disputes, if any, are to be settled by Courts in Delhi who will have Jurisdiction in this regard
  13. The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.

Note:

  1. Exact Schedule can be advised before a day of departure. Above mentioned schedule is tentative just for understanding the operational system & timing. Things can be changed at the last moment due to any operational or weather changes.
  2. In order to avoid any unforeseen circumstances (like weather change or some sort of an operational or technical issue) which may be an unfortunate cause for your delay, it would be wise for you to book return flight or train tickets for the next day. No compensation will be provided if any flight/train or any other things are missed out. 
  3. It is advised to you to reach Dehradun a day prior to the commencement of your journey, since the helicopter will be boarded early in the morning around 6 AM
  4. We reserve the right to postpone the timings of flying due to weather, operational or technical issues.
  5. In case of a charter getting cancelled due to bad weather or any other reasons on the date of your travel, the booking will not be revalidated for the next day. Refund as per the refunds/cancellations policy, with no further obligation of Company whatsoever. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation, reimbursement or arrangements shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.

Sitapur – Badrinath (200kms/10Hrs)

Morning transfer to Badrinath, en-route visit Rudraprayag, Karanprayag, Nandprayag, Vishnu Prayag & Joshimath (Narshimha Temple) on arrival check in at hotel, in the evening visit Badrinath temple, overnight stay at hotel.

Badrinath - Pipalkoti (80kms/4 hrs)

Morning visit temple after a holy dip in Taptkund. Proceed through the colorful entrance of the temple have Darshan of Badrivishal along with Ganesh, Kubera, Garuda, Narada, Udhhav, Nar & Narayan. Also see other small temples inside the temple compound i.e. Laxmimata, Nar-Narayana, Hanuman, Ghantakarn and Kaamdhenu. One can get ‘Charnamirt’ (abhishekam jal) inside the compound. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddam Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus), one can perform rite here. Later a visit to Mana Village (India’s last village towards Indo-Tibetan border), which includes Vyasa Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, Bhimpul, Saraswati river etc. In the evening transfer to Pipalkoti, overnight stay at Pipalkoti.

Pipalkoti – Rishikesh - Haridwar (250 kms/11 hrs)

Morning drive back to Haridwar. En-route see the confluence of Bhagirathi and Alaknanda in Devprayag. Arrival at Rishikesh & proceed for Sightseeing which covers the magnificent ashrams and famous Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula, Shivanand Ashram, Gita Bhavan, Pramarth Niketan, Later drive to Haridwar. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Haridwar - Delhi (220 Kms/ 5 Hrs)

Morning drive back to Delhi. Here the tour ends with happy memories as you drop to the Delhi Airport /Railway station for a journey to onward destination.
